Love The STAFF....the owners ( I ASSUME ) actually works harder than the housekeepers that THEY hired!! Best prices, quiet, Not Rowdy OR unSafe like some THINK! Its actually pretty laid back no loudness after hours. The owner...one of them ...the WIFE is 70 plus years old AND take pride in their hotel AND she works as if shes 21yrs old. Such an amazing woman she is. Very nice and shell go beyond her duties to make sure that your stay is as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend the university Manor Inn !!!

Everything was just fine. My room was clean and nicely equipped. Internet worked well, beds were very comfortable and location is really good. Although on daylight the place is a bit noisy, during night it gets pretty silenced!

Love the staff in the housekeeping they have smoking in non-smoking rooms available. The pricing was very affordable. I enjoyed my three-day stay there. The location is very close to a movie theater and a plaza with a grocery store shopping centers and plenty of places to eat.

I had a wonderful experience here. The room that I got was in the lower/basement area and was more like an apartment....very spacious and had a full kitchen. For $96 this was very reasonable. The workers were extremely friendly and went out of their way to bring us food to fill fridge for 3 days and toiletries, whatever we needed. I had an electric scooter and the maintenance man was always available to carry it downstairs for me. Very impressed with this hidden gem of a place.
